Final Product

FINALLY!!   After a few days of working on this, it's finally done!   I used nylon bristle wheels on the slow speed with the Dremel to help "brighten up" the plastic sensors.   I also sanded down and re-painted the IAC (it's got a brushed metal texture that I thought was cool).   I also replaced every security torx head bolt/screw and all original steel hex bolts with nice, new stainless steel bolts.   I had two of the torx heads break and required drilling out and re-tapping. I have no interest in that happening again. Plus, stainless steel looks cooler!!

This L67 throttle body was completed fall of 2010.   My current plans are to install it with a host of other performance mods spring of 2011!!
