L67 Throttle Body
Exit Flare

At this point, I had filled in a couple of tiny air bubbles in the JB Weld (a tooth pick helps force the JB Weld in).   I lined up the old gasket as a template.   I penciled in approximatetly the 2D shape of the exit flare.   Please note, I do NOT have the markings going all the way up to the gasket (just close to it).   I had two reasons for this, first being so I did not take too much material away (once I get close to the desired size and shape, I wanted to take more time to form it to it's finish).   The second was due to the fact the stock L36 throttle body does not meet edge to edge with the gasket.
Safety Warning! - Please wear safety glasses while grinding!

It took mutiple days of working on the exit flare, a little each time (30 - 60 minutes at a time).   This was an effort to not do too much at once, take my time and a LOT of checking the shape against the gasket.   It tapers nicely to the throat by the time I was finished with the machining.
