Rebirth: Strut Tower Recovery

March of 2010 - Getting Replacement Strut Towers

Original Driver's Side Tower - Since my passenger side tower is not nearly as bad as my driver side, I only took pics of my driver's side tower. My passenger side tower stands a chance of being repaired and not replaced (but, regardless, for what I paid for the donor tower, it was worth getting, just in case). I pointed red arrows to many of the problem areas of the driver's side tower. In those pics, it' hard to tell, but you can see some patch work that was put in back in June of 2000 from left over sheet metal during the project to replace my floor pans.
